Who's involved? Exato Technologies provides technology-enabled services and software to enterprise customers. Kedia Securities' holding, together with persons acting in concert Vijay Kishanlal Kedia and Neelu Pratik Kedia, now totals 9,74,293 shares.
Why now? The purchase followed a stretch of balance-sheet improvement. In FY26, Exato cut borrowings to Rs 21 crore from Rs 32 crore, while reserves rose to Rs 79 crore from Rs 43 crore. Total assets grew to Rs 124 crore from Rs 96 crore.
Market reaction: The rally extended a two-day gain of nearly 30%. Trading volume also surged, with 1.06 lakh shares changing hands against a 30-day average of about 35,870.
