"AI can undoubtedly improve efficiency, but it doesn't address the need for quality, precision, and control," he said, arguing that errors and inconsistent formats can undermine credibility.

He pitched the value in time saved: "If we can save them 15–20% of their time, that's truly significant."
The signal: Backed by private equity, Omnidocs is running a steady buy-and-build strategy — six deals in 2.5 years — to consolidate a fragmented document software market and scale beyond its European base.
