What's the deal? AirtiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a global provider of AI-driven software that improves connectivity for internet service providers (ISPs), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AprecommDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Bengaluru-based maker of self-healing network and customer experience tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. Aprecomm will operate as an Airties subsidiary once the deal closes.

Who's who? Founded in 2016, Aprecomm builds AI-driven Wi-Fi and broadband software that gives ISPs real-time insights to cut operational costs and lift customer satisfaction. It manages more than seven million homes and business locations across over 50 ISPs. Airties, meanwhile, supplies its Connectivity Experience Management Platform to many of the world's leading Tier-1 operators.

What's the rationale? Aprecomm's software was purpose-built for the economics and ARPU profiles of ISPs in developing markets, complementing Airties' focus on Tier-1 operators. The combination brings together Airties' global reach and Aprecomm's AI-native, cloud-native platform, expanding both product portfolios and R&D.

Why now? The deal accelerates Airties' expansion into high-growth regions. "Aprecomm is very well positioned in growth markets like India and Southeast Asia, so we now have an unmatched foundation to accelerate our expansion further across Asia-Pacific and into South America," said Metin TaskinDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, chief executive officer and co-founder of Airties.

What's the endgame? Airties wants to help ISPs move to agentic AI platforms for the connected home, "where the network autonomously anticipates, adapts and acts," Taskin said. Keeping separate offers under the Airties and Aprecomm banners lets the company tailor solutions to different customer needs and market conditions.

What could go wrong? The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions. Integrating two product suites and preserving Aprecomm's tailored approach for developing markets will test the combined company.

The signal: Consolidation is reshaping the connectivity software market as ISPs push for smarter, self-healing networks that lower churn and unlock new revenue. By pairing a Tier-1 platform with an emerging-markets specialist, Airties is betting that AI-native connectivity management scales across every tier of operator worldwide.
