Arterex buys Italy's Eurostamp to deepen medical mold-making

Who is Eurostamp? Founded in 1989, the company specialises in the full mold lifecycle — from design and analysis through construction and testing — across the medical, packaging, and cosmetics sectors. Founders Claudio Zenoni and Fausto Lugli will stay in operational leadership roles.
What's the endgame? Arterex operates 16 locations worldwide, and Eurostamp becomes its fifth site in Italy. The deal adds tooling depth to Arterex's European operations, complementing its design, extrusion, and injection molding work.
