Who's involved? Founded in 1999, GG&D operates seven locations across Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Peoria with more than 100 employees. It will keep its brand name, and all current staff and locations will stay in place.
Why now? Arizona ranks 13th in the US for new vehicle sales, with nearly 400,000 new vehicles registered annually, according to F&I Tools. The state's continued registration growth is driving demand for title and compliance services.
What's the endgame? DSN plans to expand core offerings into Arizona, including fleet services, out-of-state registration support, and dealership-focused title and compliance solutions. The company now has over 1,000 employees across 11 states.
What did they say? "GG&D represents exactly the kind of organization we look for as we continue expanding DSN's national presence," said Joe Palumbo, chief executive officer of DSN. "We believe our companies share similar philosophies, and that coming together is a great fit."

The moves point to a roll-up strategy built on absorbing established regional operators to build a nationwide title and compliance network.
