What's the deal? Valiant EagleDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Inc. (OTCID: PSRU) has acquired equity stakes in two wellness brands founded by Gloria L. Williams: 10% of FootNannyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Inc. and 30% of BodyNannyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → LLC. The Los Angeles company announced both transactions on July 8, 2026. Terms were not disclosed.

What each company does: FootNanny sells luxury foot-care products and wellness experiences, and has been named an O Favorite Things brand for 10 years running. BodyNanny extends founder Williams' work into full-body care, including body butters, scrubs, oils, skin care, and weight-management support.

What's the endgame? Valiant Eagle says it is building a publicly traded beauty, wellness, and lifestyle platform. For FootNanny, it plans to expand direct-to-consumer sales, strengthen e-commerce, pursue retail and wholesale channels, and develop subscription revenue.

Why now? The deals fund new products, consumer experiences, and the launch of GLP-1 & Peptide Conversations LIVE, a digital media platform. BodyNanny will debut the weekly Instagram Live series and YouTube podcast in Fall 2026, featuring people on GLP-1 and peptide regimens overseen by their physicians.

What they're saying: "Valiant Eagle's acquisition of a stake in FootNanny signals a new era for our brand," said Williams, chief executive officer of FootNanny Inc. "Their commitment to scaling high-value consumer brands gives us the firepower to expand faster and farther than ever before."

The signal: The investments show a small public company betting on consumer wellness, with the GLP-1 media play tying it to surging interest in weight-loss and longevity treatments.
