What's the endgame? The Huntington Beach company replaces manual spreadsheets with automated workflows that bridge OEM engineering requirements and shop-floor manufacturing. Its Cableteque AI layer parses unstructured blueprints and PDF files into clean digital configurations and consolidates sourcing, supplier pricing, and labour estimation. The company says the platform cuts quote turnaround times by more than 70%.

Why now? The capital arrives during a period of fast growth. Cableteque reports 300% growth year-to-date and expects to double that volume by year-end, serving both small shops and tier-1 enterprises.

Why it matters: The wire harness industry underpins aerospace, automotive, and industrial electronics, yet over 74% of manufacturers say quoting remains entirely manual and too slow, and 83% encounter design errors when processing customer data.

Investors point to the company's data advantage. "Cableteque has constructed a rare, highly defensible data moat in a massive market that software has traditionally ignored," said Chris Chumley, partner at PHX Ventures.

The signal: At $6 million, the round sits in roughly the 58th percentile for seed deals — a solid but not outsized raise. It reflects growing investor appetite for domain-specific AI tools aimed at overlooked industrial niches, where legacy manual processes leave room for measurable efficiency gains.
