Astro Pak buys Frontline Global, expanding to 14 sites across North America

Terms were not disclosed. The deal brings Astro Pak's total to 14 locations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Who's who? Astro Pak, founded in 1959, provides high purity and precision cleaning services to industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, data centers, and aerospace and defence. Frontline offers high velocity oil flushing, chemical cleaning, and fluid purification to customers in power generation, energy, petrochemical, refining, steel, and defence markets.
What's the endgame? The purchase expands Astro Pak's field service capabilities and adds fluid system management to its portfolio. President Ken Carroll said the deal enhances the company's ability to support customers "throughout the full lifecycle of mission-critical assets."
What changes? Frontline president Kevin Sapp will continue to lead the business and support its integration into Astro Pak. "Astro Pak provides a great home for Frontline and its team members," he said.
