Try Dealroom → (AEI) and TecniglobalRackDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (TGR), the company said. The move brings Gonvarri Industries in as majority shareholder in both businesses. Deal terms were not disclosed.

Why now? Gonvarri says the deal adds engineering and development capabilities in the Spanish market, reinforcing its bet on innovation as a growth engine. It frames the acquisitions as support for the two firms' growth and internationalisation plans, backed by its international platform, and expects synergies in retail (integrated automated storage) and industry (optimising the design and construction of production facilities).

What it means. The deal fits a broader consolidation trend in European industrial storage and intralogistics, where players are adding bolt-on acquisitions to offer end-to-end warehouse solutions. Gonvarri has been building its Material Handling division into a pan-European platform, moving from a product-driven racking supplier toward a solutions-oriented intralogistics partner. With no deal value disclosed, the transaction reads as a strategic, sector-typical bolt-on rather than a landmark move.
