Why now? The specialist UK lender has completed more than £600 million of lending since launching in 2021. The larger facility gives it added balance-sheet capacity to keep growing originations.

The signal: This is a follow-on financing story more than a one-off round. The takeaway: capital providers remain willing to extend facilities to specialist lenders that can show loan deployment and asset growth.
