The hire: Creative Computing Solutions chief executive Justin Farmiloe has become TSG's chief technology officer. The target's contracts, support arrangements, and intellectual property remain unchanged.
Why now? Rory McKeand, TSG's chief executive, said Creative Computing Solutions was "a natural fit," bringing "an established Business Central customer base" and complementary capabilities. Existing customers keep their people and support contacts while gaining depth in managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence, he added.
The deal history: The deal builds on TSG's earlier acquisitions of Computer Geeks and Dayta, a provider of education-sector accountancy software and financial management support. "This acquisition gives us the scale and wider expertise to do more for customers," Farmiloe said.
