Tokenized Green raises €1.1M seed to launch youth neobank twelve.

What's the deal? Spanish impact-investment company Tokenized GreenDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has closed a €1.1 million seed round led by Luxembourg-based Wolver Ventures. Fundación Caja de BurgosDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → also participated. The capital will fund the launch of twelve., a neobank aimed at younger users.

What's the endgame? Twelve. is designed to address the main concerns of the younger generation, positioning itself as a digital bank built for a specific generational niche.

Why now? Fintech remains the engine of Spanish startup investment. In 2024, Spanish startups raised more than €3.1 billion, and investment grew roughly 60% in 2025, with fintech and insurtech capturing close to a third of all capital.

What could go wrong? Twelve.'s ticket is small next to Spain's fintech leaders — such as SeQura, ID Finance, and Capchase, whose rounds ranged from €100 million to €410 million. Standing out in a crowded digital-banking market will be the test.

The signal: Wolver Ventures typically writes cheques of up to €500,000 in its standard program, so leading a round above that threshold signals a firmer-than-usual bet. It shows capital still flows to early-stage fintech targeting young users, even if the deal is no sector-shifting move.
