It has already secured €9 million ahead of the public round. The goal: build a network of 20 large-scale festivals and entertainment projects across more than 30 countries.
The move marks a new phase for the company behind one of Europe's best-known electronic music festivals.
Why now? UNTOLD is shifting from operating flagship events to building an international live entertainment business.
Its next confirmed project launches in Colombia in 2027, marking its entry into Latin America. Management says it is in advanced talks over projects in Brazil, the US, Canada, Japan, China, India, South Korea, Egypt, Spain, and Greece.
The company credits the success of UNTOLD Dubai, launched with Dubai's government and Dubai Parks and Resorts, for strengthening its global ambitions.
That edition proved the operating model could be replicated outside Romania.
What could go wrong? Scaling to 30-plus countries is capital-intensive and complex, spanning very different regulatory and cultural markets.
Advanced talks are not signed deals, and live-events businesses remain vulnerable to economic swings and shifting consumer spending.
The signal: By raising through SeedBlink, one of Europe's better-known equity crowdfunding platforms, UNTOLD is turning its fanbase into a shareholder base — a route that fits a breakout-stage brand looking to fund international expansion without ceding control to a single institutional backer.
