Demand ran hot. The order book drew €864.5 million — about 3.5 times the original €250 million target — from 84 domestic and international investors.
That let Bechtle lift the volume from €250 million to €450 million and close the book early. Funds were disbursed on June 30, 2026.
The loan spans six tranches with three-, five-, and seven-year maturities, at both fixed and floating rates. CommerzbankDealroom has a profile for this one.
