Vibepeak raises $500K to scale AI property videos across 12 countries
What's the deal? Spanish proptech startup Vibepeak has closed a $500,000 seed round to fund its international expansion and product development.
The round was led by 4Founders CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, with SeedRocketDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Business Angels participating.
Vibepeak uses artificial intelligence to turn property photos into professional videos in about five minutes — a task that once required specialist video production.
It was founded by José Mari del Moral, a SeedRocket mentor who previously co-founded second-hand fashion platform MicoletDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, alongside Luis Juarros.
Why now? The company says it has found strong product-market fit, already working with real estate networks including RE/MAXDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Century 21, Grocasa, and IAD across more than 12 countries.
The fresh capital will consolidate its presence in markets such as Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and Latin America, while expanding its commercial team.
"This round gives us the muscle to accelerate our international expansion," said del Moral, chief executive officer and co-founder.
What could go wrong? A $500,000 seed round is modest for a company operating in over a dozen markets, leaving little room for missteps as it scales.
AI video generation is also crowding fast, and the company will need to defend its edge against better-funded rivals.
The signal: Vibepeak's early-stage round reflects how lead investor 4Founders Capital, tied to the SeedRocket community, continues to back founders from within its network — here a returning entrepreneur with a prior exit story in Micolet. The bet on AI-generated video for real estate also fits a wider proptech push to automate the costly content production that estate agents increasingly depend on.
