The company said it has been profitable every month since December 2025. It now processes $1 billion in annualised payment volume for more than 20,000 merchants across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Why now? The raise follows a $10 million series A in August 2023, co-led by Delivery Hero Ventures and IFP SecuritiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

Qashier has expanded its offering fast. It secured a Major Payment Institution license in Singapore in February 2025, unlocking merchant acquisition and domestic and cross-border money transfers.

Its lending arm, QashierLoans, has disbursed more than $10 million to over 100 small and medium-sized enterprises since launching in June 2025.

What could go wrong? Payments and lending are crowded, capital-intensive fields across Southeast Asia.

Scaling cross-border transfers and SME loans means tighter regulatory scrutiny and rising credit risk — pressures that could test newfound profitability.

The signal: A breakout-stage company turning monthly profitable while doubling down on regional expansion is a rare combination in Southeast Asia's capital-intensive fintech scene.
