What's the deal? EileenDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Inc., a retail technology startup, has secured a strategic investment from DisPact VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, extending its previously announced pre-seed round.
The investment follows Eileen's $1 million pre-seed led by Top Shelf VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. It will fund expansion of the company's platform, which links real-time store insights to operational execution for beverage alcohol and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
At the core sits Eileen's Performance Hub, a platform that pairs store-level data from its own network of "Shoppers" with AI-driven analytics to act on that data at scale.
Why now? Since launching in January, Eileen has grown fast. It now serves over 70 brands across 49 states, backed by 25,000-plus Shoppers who have captured insights from 90 retail banners and 5,600 unique stores.
The company plans to use the new capital to scale its AI infrastructure, hire technical talent, and accelerate its go-to-market strategy.
"Brands lose at the shelf because they can't see the shelf," said Jordan Karcher, founder and chief executive officer of Eileen. "Our pre-seed proved there's real demand for changing that."
Karcher added that DisPact's partnership lets Eileen expand access to real-time, photo-verified shelf data "to the brands that need it most, at a price they can actually afford."
The signal: Retail execution stays a major gap for consumer brands trying to compete in stores.
"Retail execution remains one of the largest blind spots in consumer products," said Andrew Merinoff, founder and managing partner of DisPact Ventures.
Eileen's bet is that affordable, verified shelf data can close that gap — and its early traction suggests brands are ready to pay for it.
