Ordo raises $100K to digitise Central Asia's kindergartens

What's the deal? Ordo EducationDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an edtech startup digitising preschools, has closed a $100,000 pre-seed round from CS AngelsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

The deal values the company at $2 million.

Its core product, Ordo.education, is a cloud-based ERP SaaS platform with a built-in AI assistant for kindergartens.

The tool helps public and private kindergartens automate daily admin, cut paperwork, and track each child's development.

Why now? Most preschools across Central Asia still run on manual processes, which burden staff and reduce transparency between administrators, teachers, and parents.

Ordo already serves more than 150 kindergartens across four countries in the region.

The round came through the Investment Readiness Accelerator (IRA) Tashkent 2.0 programme, run by MOST C-Space Hub and SQB VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → with the United Nations Development ProgrammeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (UNDP).

What could go wrong? The startup is scaling in a market where digital adoption remains low, so persuading underfunded public kindergartens to switch could prove slow.

Its goal of connecting 10,000 institutions is ambitious next to its current footprint.

The signal: Backed by a UNDP-linked accelerator and angel capital, Ordo's pre-seed round reflects how development institutions are increasingly underwriting early-stage edtech in Central Asia, where public services remain largely paper-based. Its $2 million valuation marks an early bet on building the region's default digital infrastructure for preschools.
