Why now? This is Companisto's second round in Innok, following an initial investment in 2024. Since that investment, order intake has doubled and the company posted its best-ever Q1 2026.
Its flagship INDUROS transport robot has grown into a four-model family, with towing power now reaching 1.3 tonnes and speeds up to 6.5km/h. Innok says it doubled its valuation between 2024 and 2026.
What could go wrong? Innok is betting on a niche: outdoor and brownfield logistics that standard indoor robots can't serve. Scaling internationally means competing for clients and partners in a crowded automation market.
The startup also plans to enter surveillance and inspection with a new product, stretching its focus across multiple segments.
