Agripower raises €1.8M to accelerate biomethane development

What's the deal? French biogas firm AgripowerDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has launched a €1.8 million capital increase through a private placement reserved for qualified investors.

The funds will support its development in biomethane and strengthen its equity, financing anticipated growth through associated works contracts.

Why now? The accelerated book-building process concludes on June 26, 2026, before markets open, with new shares listing on Euronext Growth Paris on June 30.

Chief executive officer Guillaume Labarrière said the deal will help Agripower convert its project portfolio into revenue.

The signal: As an early-stage company, Agripower is using a public listing on Euronext Growth Paris rather than private venture capital to fund its expansion — a route that lets it tap qualified investors directly while converting its project pipeline into recurring revenue from biomethane works contracts.
