Arteche raises ~€100M in accelerated share placement
What's the deal? Arteche, the Spanish electrical-grid equipment maker recently listed on the Spanish exchanges, has completed an accelerated share placement raising roughly €100 million. The deal combined a capital increase with secondary sales of existing shares.
Banco Santander acted as senior global coordinator, working alongside JB Capital Markets and Kutxabank Investment.
