Why now? The legal AI market is booming, according to chief executive officer and cofounder Jules Touzet.

The round follows a €1.3 million seed raised in 2025. Haiku plans to improve its data capabilities, expand into new countries such as Italy and Spain, and add around 15 hires to its 30-person team by year-end.

For young players like Haiku, fresh capital and fast European expansion may be the only way to hold ground in a crowded, rapidly growing field.
