Havas invests €20M in Vurvey Labs to lead its Series B

What's the deal? French advertising group HavasDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has invested just over €20 million in Vurvey Labs, a US agentic AI startup.

Havas announced the deal as lead investor at the Cannes Lions festival on June 23, 2026.

Founded in 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Vurvey Labs has built an agentic suite that interviews real consumers to produce trend panels.

It sells those panels to major brands to guide their business decisions.

Why now? Havas is expanding its AI arsenal as agencies race to embed artificial intelligence in their offerings.

The Cannes Lions festival, advertising's biggest annual gathering, gave the group a high-profile stage for the announcement.

The signal: The deal shows traditional advertising groups buying their way into AI rather than building it in-house.

For brands, agentic tools that mimic consumer research promise faster, cheaper insights — and a glimpse of where market research is headed.
