The company declined to name a figure, but founder and chief executive officer Amir Hoss said, "We're always talking about millions."
EAIGLE's two products, Automated Vehicles Access Control (AVAC) and YardSight, use computer vision to read truck and trailer identifiers at the gate and across the yard.
AVAC cuts gate check-in to under 30 seconds. YardSight automates custody transfers between shippers, carriers, and receivers.
The result, Hoss says, is heavy savings: an estimated $726,000 per facility each year and more than a 50% drop in theft and fraud.
Why now? Cargo crime is surging. Verisk CargoNet logged 767 supply chain crime events across the US and Canada in the first quarter of 2026, with losses of $131.58 million.
Most freight gates only validate the truck. Hoss says EAIGLE checks five elements before admitting a load: truck, trailer, load, paperwork, and driver.
"Prior to us it's been only truck validation," Hoss said. Connecting the four missing items, he says, blocks higher-degree theft such as fake bills of lading.
The signal: Backed by growth equity firm Noro-Moseley Partners, EAIGLE is still an early-stage company aiming its human-centric computer vision beyond theft prevention towards a connected freight future, including infrastructure for autonomous trucks. With supply chain crime losses topping $131 million in a single quarter, the round reflects investor appetite for automation that hardens the gaps left by manual checks.
