What's the deal? Czech startup DecisionRulesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised €1.5 million (36 million CZK) from Brno-based Jet InvestmentDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, via its venture fund Jet Venture 1.

Founded in 2021, the company builds a no-code and low-code platform that lets firms model and automate complex business decisions without developers.

Its clients, mainly in finance and enterprise, span six continents. The platform helps them sharpen decision accuracy and react faster to shifting markets.

Why now? The raise is DecisionRules' second injection in quick succession. In May 2025, it secured €1.6 million from a group led by Lighthouse VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

The company now reaches €1.6 million in annual recurring revenue, with most of that growth built organically.

The new funds will go into platform innovation, especially artificial intelligence. DecisionRules already offers an assistant for writing rules and AI agents embedded in decision processes.

"Such traction shows there's an unmet need in the market, and DecisionRules found the right answer to it," said Kamil Levinský, executive director of Jet Venture 1.

What could go wrong? The startup is aiming squarely at much larger rivals. "Our ambition is to compete for big customers with leading technology vendors in automation," said co-founder and chief executive officer Václav KandrnalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

Winning enterprise clients from established players is a steep climb, and AI features alone may not be enough to set it apart.

The signal: Still classed as early stage by Dealroom, DecisionRules is leaning on its growing roster of finance and enterprise clients across six continents to justify back-to-back raises — €1.6 million from a Lighthouse Ventures-led group in 2025 and now €1.5 million from Jet Investment's Jet Venture 1 fund. With €1.6 million in annual recurring revenue built largely organically, the bet is that a no-code rule engine paired with AI agents can carve out room against far larger automation vendors.
