The deal followed a pitch by Digit Music at an event held at Leicestershire County Cricket ground.
Digit Music runs a digital platform that lets schools deliver music education without specialist teaching staff. It generated £59,000 in revenue in Q2 2026 and secured adoption by multiple schools and academy trusts.
Why now? Digit Music has received Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) advance assurance from HMRC, a tax incentive that can sweeten the deal for eligible angel investors.
