The company also raised C$10 million (≈$7 million) in debt financing from Fair Capital PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Inc.

Custom Health uses technology to handle medication management, pharmacy services, and remote clinical care.

Why now? The listing follows a plan of arrangement in which Custom Health acquired all of Custom Health, Inc., its Delaware counterpart.

The deal lifts Custom Health out of "venture issuer" status, marking its move to Canada's senior equities marketplace.

"Today represents an important milestone in Custom Health's evolution," said chief executive officer Shane Bishop. "Becoming a publicly traded company enhances our ability to pursue our mission of improving patient outcomes."

What could go wrong? The company leaned on several financing arrangements to complete the move, including up to $20 million in senior secured convertible notes from Funicular Funds.

That debt converts into common shares, which could dilute existing holders. The structure adds risk if Custom Health's share price stumbles after listing.

The signal: Custom Health's listing reflects a broader trend of healthcare scaleups tapping public markets for liquidity, visibility, and analyst coverage. With 2,238 issuers and a combined market capitalisation of roughly C$6.9 trillion as of May 2026, the TSX offers a senior venue for growth-oriented healthcare and technology companies — though Custom Health's reliance on debt and convertible financing signals that public access alone may not ease its capital needs.
