The startup builds a full stack of tools: Signal Feed captures buying signals from social media, Execution Agent runs sales workflows, and AI Front Desk handles customer engagement.
Why now? BuyerBeats launched AI Front Desk publicly in May 2026. Within a month, more than 1,800 SMEs subscribed.
That early traction gave the company a case to raise and scale globally, with plans to reach over 10,000 subscriptions within 12 months.
"We started by solving a real problem: SMEs couldn't respond to customer interest fast enough or consistently enough," said Michelle, chief marketing officer of BuyerBeats.
The funding will expand Signal Feed across more social commerce platforms, scale Execution Agent for multi-channel workflows, and launch AI Front Desk in new markets and verticals.
What could go wrong? The platform automates customer-facing sales, where errors carry real cost. BuyerBeats uses brand-safe approval gates to limit risk.
Rapid global expansion across OECD regions is also capital-intensive, and competition in AI sales tools is crowded.
The signal: Still at early stage, BuyerBeats is leaning on a syndicate that mixes corporate backers like Orange DAO with dedicated funds such as NeuralHash Capital and Mindfulness Capital — a structure that gives a young Singapore startup both capital and a network as it chases 10,000 SME subscriptions within a year.
