Sincrolab raises €100k seed from eoniq.fund

What's the deal? SincrolabDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Spanish startup building AI-driven digital cognitive therapy, has raised €100,000 from eoniq.fundDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → at a pre-money valuation of $8.5 million.

The seed round brings eoniq.fund's total backing of the company to €335,000.

Sincrolab's platform delivers adaptive cognitive training that automatically adjusts exercise difficulty and personalises programs by patient profile.

It targets children diagnosed with ADHD and adults with age-related cognitive decline, generating automatic reports so clinicians can track progress.

Why now? The company plans to use the funds to sharpen its AI engine, scale its infrastructure, and push into new markets at home and abroad.

It already works with more than 800 therapists and over 100 centres, with tens of thousands of training sessions logged.

Sincrolab holds a CE Class IIa certificate for its ADHD solution — a first in Spain for an AI- and game-based cognitive treatment.

What could go wrong? Digital therapeutics live or die on clinical evidence and institutional adoption, both slow to build.

In Spanish placebo-controlled trials, about 54% of participants saw significant clinical improvement after 12 weeks. Scaling those results across new markets and regulators is far from guaranteed.

The signal: The repeat backing from eoniq.fund — now €335,000 across multiple cheques — signals conviction in an early-stage company that has paired placebo-controlled clinical evidence with a CE Class IIa certification, a rare combination in digital therapeutics. For an investment fund doubling down rather than chasing new bets, the wager is that Sincrolab's regulatory head start can carry it beyond Spain.
