Diamond Brew closes oversubscribed seven-figure pre-seed round
Diamond Brew, maker of America's first shelf-stable brewless coffee pod, has closed an oversubscribed seven-figure pre-seed round.

The round also drew participation from CPG operators Alex Sourry, Lily Rogath and Dom Purpura.
Diamond Brew's trademarked hexagon pods use a proprietary flash-freezing process with liquid nitrogen to lock in freshly brewed espresso's full flavor profile, sealed in 100% recyclable aluminium. The crystals dissolve instantly in hot or cold water. The new capital will fuel new SKUs and channel expansion, including entry into the military channel via the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES).
