Brazil's INDECX acquires beX to build a full-stack customer experience platform

What's the deal? INDECXDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Brazilian customer experience monitoring company, has acquired beX.educação, a corporate education and consulting firm specialising in customer experience (CX). The deal's financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition adds consulting and corporate training capabilities to INDECX's existing suite of satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) tools. Lucas Fonseca, beX's founder with over 15 years of CX experience, joins INDECX as a partner-director leading consulting, partnerships, and corporate education.

INDECX says it serves more than 1,000 clients in Brazil, including GOL Airlines, PicPay, BYD, Petrobras, and Caixa Econômica Federal.

Why now? Brazil's customer experience market is consolidating. Companies that once offered only satisfaction surveys, service monitoring, or corporate training are bundling those services under one roof.

"INDECX has been expanding its scope, and now we're connecting technology, research, consulting, and education in a single ecosystem," said Rafael Nascimento, the company's chief executive officer. "This lets us support companies from strategy to execution, with methodological depth and scale."

Fonseca framed the timing in market-maturity terms: Brazilian companies are shifting from simply measuring customer experience to managing it strategically — a transition that demands integrated platforms rather than point solutions.

What could go wrong? Merging a tech-driven monitoring business with a people-driven consulting and training operation is notoriously tricky. Cultural mismatches, pricing conflicts, and competing priorities between product and services teams could slow integration.

Without disclosed financials, it is also hard to gauge whether INDECX paid a premium that pressures it to deliver rapid cross-sell results.

The signal: INDECX's "breakout" growth stage, according to Dealroom, suggests the company is scaling rapidly and using M&A — rather than organic build — to accelerate its transition from a monitoring tool into a full-stack CX platform. The move mirrors a wider pattern in Latin American B2B software, where standalone survey and NPS tools are commoditising, pushing vendors to bundle higher-margin consulting and training services to deepen client lock-in and defend against global competitors entering the region.
