Kubus Group acquires Ten Technology Group to boost IT infrastructure platform

Ten Technology Group brings specialist expertise and deep sector knowledge in AV technology and mission-critical infrastructure solutions. The acquisition folds Ten Technology into the wider Kubus ecosystem, expanding its ability to serve a global client base.

Why now? The deal is part of Kubus' 2026 growth strategy. BGF invested in Kubus in 2024, and the company has been actively building out its platform since. CEO Jeremy Keefe said the goal is "to grow rapidly without compromising the professional excellence our partners expect."

What could go wrong? Rapid acquisition-led growth always carries integration risk. Kubus must absorb Ten Technology's team and clients without disrupting service quality for either company's customers. Keefe acknowledged as much, emphasising that the deal adds "precision, technical depth, and enhanced customer service" — not just scale.
