Try Dealroom →, a valuation and advisory platform that serves financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms across the US. The deal gives Elite deeper capabilities in valuation analysis, succession planning, enterprise growth strategy, and M&A advisory support.
3xEquity was founded more than 15 years ago by Jeffrey Crosby, who built one of Ameriprise Financial's most successful advisory practices in the Pacific Northwest. Its accredited valuation platform helps advisors understand enterprise value, assess acquisition opportunities, and plan for succession.
3xEquity will continue operating as a standalone brand while leveraging Elite's reach and infrastructure. Elite plans to expand the platform's offerings through new valuation services, enterprise subscription models, licensing opportunities, and advisor education initiatives.
Why now? Consolidation and succession activity are reshaping the wealth management industry. "Enterprise value has become one of the most important strategic conversations happening inside advisory firms today," said Frank LaRosa, chief executive officer of Elite Consulting Partners.
As ageing advisors look to exit and larger firms seek acquisitions, demand for scalable valuation tools and strategic planning resources is rising fast.
The signal: Elite Consulting Partners, classified as a breakout-stage company on Dealroom, is absorbing an early-growth platform in 3xEquity — a move that mirrors a wider pattern of maturing wealth management infrastructure players snapping up specialist tools as advisor M&A and succession planning volumes climb. With 3xEquity's 15-year track record in accredited valuations, the acquisition hands Elite a ready-made moat in a segment where demand for scalable, data-driven valuation resources is fast outstripping supply.
