Benner, Jr., partner and chief technology officer of Pangolin, said the deal "creates a broader scope in our product offerings and allows us to expand engineering and development to secure that mission for decades more to come."

Perry, partner and chief operating officer of Pangolin, said the two firms "are still only scratching the surface of what's possible" and that the merger "positions both groups to lead what comes next."
