Mavie Work acquires Wellbeing Polska to expand corporate health across CEE

The deal strengthens Mavie Work's health offering in Poland and across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
The transaction combines physical, mental, and organisational health solutions for corporate clients under one roof. Kondracki Celej, a Polish law firm led by Rafał Celej, advised Mavie Work on the acquisition.
Mavie is a portfolio company of Aligo Venture Capital. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Why now? The acquisition reflects growing demand for holistic employee wellbeing services, especially as companies navigate hybrid, international, and fast-changing work environments. Corporate health platforms have become a key differentiator for employers competing for talent in CEE markets.
