MK Partners acquires Folderize to expand its Salesforce product lineup

What's the deal? MK PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Salesforce consulting and solutions partner based in Burbank, California, has acquired FolderizeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → — a Salesforce-native file and folder organisation tool. The product lets teams manage documents directly inside Salesforce using familiar folder structures, without relying on external storage or third-party integrations.

Folderize remains available on the Salesforce AgentExchange and is receiving expanded functionality under its new owner. It offers unlimited folder hierarchies, native storage, sharing controls, full-text search, and support for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Why now? Salesforce organisations are generating more content than ever, and managing it efficiently inside the platform has been a persistent pain point. "Salesforce customers are creating and managing more content than ever before, but organising that content efficiently has remained a challenge for many organisations," said Matt Kaufman, chief executive officer of MK Partners.

The acquisition also fits MK Partners' broader push to build out its AgentExchange portfolio, which already includes products like Mambo MergeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Photo Uploader, and Zealynx.

What could go wrong? Folderize operates in a crowded space. Salesforce's own file management capabilities continue to evolve, and enterprise customers often default to tools like SharePoint or Google Drive for document storage. Convincing organisations to keep files inside Salesforce — rather than in familiar external systems — remains a tough sell, even with native integration advantages.

The product's free edition could also limit revenue upside if most users never convert to the paid tier.

The signal: MK Partners, classified as a "breakout" stage company on Dealroom, is steadily assembling a portfolio of early-growth Salesforce-native tools — Folderize joins Mambo Merge, another early-growth product focused on document generation. The pattern suggests a deliberate roll-up strategy within the Salesforce AgentExchange ecosystem, where consultancies are betting that owning complementary micro-products can compound into a defensible platform play.
