Salesforce giant Nextview expands into Sweden with POLE Consulting acquisition

What's the deal? Nextview Consulting, a European Salesforce partner, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Swedish Salesforce boutique POLE ConsultingDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The deal — financial terms undisclosed — brings Nextview's headcount to more than 200 Salesforce specialists and over 1,500 certifications across seven European countries, cementing its claim as Europe's largest independent pureplay Salesforce partner.

Why now? The acquisition is driven by surging demand for agentic AI in Scandinavia — autonomous AI agents that take over business processes. Companies across the Nordics are racing to turn artificial intelligence into tangible profit-and-loss impact, shifting the market away from traditional cloud implementations toward AI-driven transformations.

Together, Nextview and POLE will offer an integrated suite spanning strategy, process optimisation, engineering, and managed services. Central to the proposition is a new Nextview Agentforce Hub in the region, focused on Salesforce's latest AI technologies such as Agentforce and Data360.

The combined entity has also been selected as a founding partner of Salesforce's elite Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) programme, granting direct access to Salesforce's internal engineering capacity for building large-scale AI architectures.

What could go wrong? Integrating boutique consultancies without losing their senior talent and cultural identity is notoriously tricky. POLE is known in Sweden for its technical depth, and retaining that expertise through a transition will be critical. Nextview says the cultural fit is "organically" strong — but that claim will be tested once the deal closes.

The signal: Europe's Salesforce consulting landscape is fragmenting into scale players and niche boutiques, with the middle ground disappearing fast. Both Nextview and POLE Consulting are classified as early-growth companies on Dealroom, suggesting this acquisition is less about mature consolidation and more about two smaller firms pooling resources to keep pace with Salesforce's rapid pivot toward agentic AI — a bet that independent partners need critical mass to remain relevant as the platform giant reshapes its ecosystem.
