CeLLife Technologies raises €4M post-seed to scale battery diagnostics platform

Founded in Tampere, CeLLife has built a patented Electrical Fingerprint (EFP™) technology that captures battery measurement data in seconds and converts it into diagnostics and decision-support insights. The platform is chemistry-agnostic, working across NMC, LFP, NCA, solid-state, and sodium-ion cells.
The funding will support commercial expansion across Europe and North America, targeting battery recycling, quality control for modules and packs, and condition monitoring for battery energy storage systems.
Why now? The EU Battery Regulation is creating new demand for battery traceability and digital battery passports. CeLLife is positioning its platform to meet those requirements, giving it a regulatory tailwind.
The company already has paying customers across three market segments and recently signed its first major commercial deal with a leading European recycling firm. It was also named among the top 10 winners of the European Startup Prize for Mobility in 2025.
