Claroty Advances Toward IPO After $150M Series F as Cybersecurity Demand Grows

Claroty has raised $150 million in a Series F round as it continues to scale its cybersecurity platform for critical infrastructure and prepares for a potential public listing.

Founded in 2015, Claroty focuses on securing cyber-physical systems used in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, healthcare and transportation. Unlike traditional IT security providers, the company specialises in protecting operational technology — the software and hardware that control physical processes — an area that has drawn increased attention as attacks on infrastructure have become more frequent and disruptive.

The latest round follows a period of steady growth for Claroty. The company has previously disclosed that it has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue and serves a large base of enterprise customers, including many global industrial groups. Management has said the new capital will be used to further develop its platform, expand internationally and pursue selective acquisitions.

Claroty has also signalled longer-term ambitions to go public. While no formal timeline has been announced, executives have indicated that an IPO is under consideration once market conditions allow.
