Higgsfield Raises $80M at $1.3B Valuation as Revenue Surges to $200M

Higgsfield has reached a $200 million annualised revenue run rate as it raised new funding valuing the AI video startup at $1.3 billion, a pace of growth that highlights how generative video is rapidly becoming embedded in day-to-day marketing operations rather than remaining an experimental tool.

The San Francisco–based company has raised an additional $80 million in a Series A extension, bringing total Series A funding to roughly $130 million.

Higgsfield said its ARR doubled from $100 million to $200 million in around two months — an acceleration exceeding growth curves of companies such as OpenAI, Slack, Zoom, and more recent AI-native platforms including Cursor and Lovable.

Founded in 2023 by Alex MashrabovDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, who previously sold computer vision startup AI FactoryDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → to Snap in 2020 and later became an executive there working on AI-powered content tools, Higgsfield draws on deep experience in applied computer vision.

Higgsfield’s browser-based platform enables end-to-end video creation within a single workflow, allowing marketing teams to generate, adapt and deploy short-form video at scale. Social media marketers account for roughly 85% of usage.

Instead of building its own foundation models, Higgsfield integrates third-party AI systems and layers proprietary software on top. Its core technology focuses on coordinating multiple models to maintain consistency in characters, visual style and branding — a longstanding constraint in commercial video production that has limited wider adoption of generative tools.

The company’s rapid expansion comes as generative video shifts from creative experimentation to operational necessity in advertising and digital marketing.

While competition is intensifying, with startups such as Runway and Synthesia alongside offerings from larger AI labs, investors have increasingly favoured companies translating AI capabilities into predictable, revenue-generating workflows.

Higgsfield said the new capital will be used to expand enterprise sales, support international growth and continue product development, as it looks to extend adoption beyond social media marketing into broader brand, agency and corporate use cases.
