Antler Closes $160 Million US Fund, Bringing 2025 Capital Raised to $510 Million

Antler has closed a $160 million fund focused on the United States, part of a broader fundraising effort that brought its total capital commitments for 2025 to $510 million.

The newly secured US fund, closed in December 2025, will support early-stage investing across pre-seed and seed rounds, with particular interest in technology sectors influenced by advances in artificial intelligence.

Antler increased its investment activity notably in 2025, making over 400 new investments during the year. This volume compares with roughly 100 investments in 2020 and underscores the firm’s strategy of spreading capital across a large number of early opportunities. With the support of its new US fund, Antler expects to raise that pace further in 2026.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Singapore, Antler operates structured founder-matching residencies in 27 cities, including New York, London and Singapore. Its model combines early capital with programming intended to help entrepreneurs refine ideas, form teams and launch ventures.

The firm’s approach contrasts with broader industry trends, where overall venture funding and deal counts—particularly in seed and pre-seed stages—have declined.

Antler argues that early-stage exposure across a diversified set of startups can capture emerging winners, especially in areas shaped by artificial intelligence innovation.
