The purchase is aimed at broadening HCLSoftware’s analytics and reporting capabilities and meeting growing demand from organisations seeking integrated BI tools across cloud and on-premise environments.
Jaspersoft, founded in 2001, offers embedded reporting, dashboards and visualisation tools that can be integrated into applications and workflows. Its BI suite has been deployed across sectors for operational reporting and interactive analytics.
In 2014, Jaspersoft was acquired by TIBCO SoftwareDealroom has a profile for this one.
