Autonomous SRE startup Resolve AI reportedly raising Series A at $1B valuation
Resolve AI, a US-based startup developing autonomous site reliability engineering (SRE) software, reportedly raising a Series A round with a headline valuation of $1 billion.
The financing was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, according to multiple reports, although the structure of the deal implies that only part of the capital was invested at the headline valuation.
Resolve AI was founded by Spiros XanthosDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and Mayank AgarwalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, who previously co-founded OmnitionDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a cloud-native observability startup focused on monitoring and optimising modern, distributed systems.
Omnition was acquired by Splunk in 2019, after which both founders took on senior roles within the company, working closely with large enterprise customers on observability, reliability and operations at scale.
Resolve AI’s platform is designed to automate large parts of this work. It continuously monitors production environments, investigates anomalies, identifies root causes and executes remediation actions without human intervention.
The company argues that this approach reduces downtime and operational risk while allowing engineering teams to focus on higher-value tasks, rather than manual incident management.
The startup is reported to generate $4 million in ARR and is already working with large enterprise customers. Its rapid rise to a unicorn valuation places it among a small group of infrastructure-focused AI companies that have reached this milestone at an early stage, reflecting sustained investor interest in tools that underpin core enterprise operations.
