OpenAI Acquires Neptune.ai to Enhance AI Model Training Capabilities

OpenAI has agreed to acquire Neptune, a Polish startup that develops tools for tracking and analyzing AI model training. The transaction will be paid in stock, though neither company disclosed the exact terms.
