Just 15 months after its launch, Black Forest Labs has closed a $300 million Series B at a $3.25 billion valuation, marking rapid growth in Europe’s AI ecosystem. Founded by the team behind Stability AI , the company builds next-generation image models—systems that understand intent, extend what cameras can capture, and transform imagination into visual reality for enterprises and independent creators alike.

The startup’s technology is already widely adopted. Millions of users engage with FLUX , Black Forest Labs’ platform, while its open-source models rank among the most popular image models on Hugging Face.
