The new valuation comes just three months after it hit $22.5 billion. Behind this acceleration is a surge in business performance: Ramp surpassed $1 billion in annualized revenue , doubling from $500 million a year earlier. The company now counts more than 50,000 customers , including 2,200 contributing over $100,000 each in annualized revenue. Growth is being driven by an expanding product suite covering bill pay, procurement, treasury and travel.
Ramp is also investing heavily in autonomous AI agents designed to automate financial processes for clients — from evaluating employee expenses to managing invoice payments. The company believes that cutting manual work will unlock material efficiencies for businesses, reinforcing its positioning in an increasingly competitive market for enterprise automation tools.
With fresh capital, strong revenue momentum and growing institutional confidence, Ramp is positioning itself as one of the standout late-stage private companies in the U.S. tech ecosystem.
