XAnge Raises €200 Million in First Closing for New European Early-Stage Fund
Paris- and Berlin-based venture capital firm XAnge has announced the first closing of its new early-stage fund at €200 million , reinforcing its focus on seed and Series A investments across France, Benelux and the DACH region. The firm expects additional closings in the coming months.
The new fund continues XAnge’s strategy of supporting entrepreneurs in digital services, AI, data, deep tech and impact-driven sectors , with initial investments generally between €1 million and €10 million . The firm also reserves substantial capital for follow-on rounds to support companies as they scale.

XAnge said the new fund will prioritise long-term, hands-on support for founders navigating slower market conditions, with a focus on capital efficiency and sustainable growth. The firm aims to invest early and remain closely involved as companies build product-market fit and prepare for international expansion.
