Crusoe expects $1B revenues in 2025, up nearly 4x YoY, reaches $10B valuation

Crusoe has just raised $1.375 billion in an oversubscribed Series E funding round, pushing its valuation to over $10 billion. The financing was co-led by Mubadala Capital and Valor Equity Partners, with significant participation from Salesforce VenturesNVIDIA, Founders Fund and Upper 90Dealroom has a profile for this one. This new capital will accelerate the expansion of Crusoe’s vertically integrated AI infrastructure. The company plans to scale its gigawatt-level, renewable-powered AI data center campuses across the U.S. and expand its international energy partnerships.

This move reinforces its “AI factory” strategy, which combines clean energy, high-performance computing, and a proprietary software stack to meet the surging demand for sustainable AI computation.

The funding follows a period of significant growth for Crusoe, which saw a fivefold increase in its Cloud bookings in the first three quarters of 2025 and divested its Bitcoin mining operations to focus exclusively on AI.

The company’s client roster includes emerging AI leaders like Cursor, Decart, and Together AI. This Series E round definitely solidifies Crusoe’s position as a critical infrastructure provider for the rapidly growing AI economy.
