China's Neolix Raises $600 Million with UAE Backing for Global Rollout

Chinese autonomous delivery company Neolix has raised $600 million in Series D funding, led by UAE-based Stone Venture , marking the largest private investment round to date in China’s autonomous driving sector.

The Beijing-based startup, founded in 2018 by Yu Enyuan, develops self-driving robovans equipped with advanced sensors and navigation systems for parcel and goods delivery. The funds will be used to improve Neolix’s algorithms and technology platform , develop new vehicle models, and expand its international operations. The company is also said to be considering a Hong Kong IPO as early as next year.

Neolix has already deployed 10,000 autonomous vehicles across multiple Chinese cities and recently became the first firm to obtain a robovan licence in the UAE , paving the way for regional rollout in the Middle East. The company estimates that as many as 10 million autonomous delivery vehicles could be operating globally within the next decade.

The deep involvement of Stone Venture highlights a growing flow of Gulf investment into Asian deep-tech industries , reflecting the UAE’s ambitions to position itself as a global hub for emerging technologies. For China, the partnership brings both capital and international reach at a time when domestic innovation policy is increasingly focused on scaling applied AI and autonomous mobility.
