Uniphore Raises $260 M to Build the AI Infrastructure Backbone

Uniphore Technologies, a company originally focused on AI for contact centers, has successfully raised $260 million in a Series F round , led by strategic investors including Nvidia, Snowflake Inc., Databricks Inc., and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). The injection of capital values the company at approximately $2.5 billion , reaffirming strong confidence in its shift beyond its legacy contact‑center AI roots to broader enterprise AI infrastructure.

The funding will be used to expand Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud — a platform that integrates a composable data layer, knowledge layer, model layer, and agent orchestration layer. It enables enterprises to connect data from any cloud or application, convert it into structured “knowledge,” then apply secure, governed AI models and agents across functions (sales, marketing, HR, services). The investment signals Uniphore’s ambition to be a foundational platform for enterprise‑grade AI, addressing challenges around data integration, sovereignty, governance and agent deployment.

Strategically, this round highlights the convergence of major infrastructure and analytics cloud providers alongside enterprise AI platforms. With companies such as Nvidia, Snowflake and Databricks participating, Uniphore is positioned as a potential “neutral layer” that spans chips, data lakes, and AI agents — a compelling value proposition amid the race for enterprise AI adoption. The participation of such strategic backers also suggests that Uniphore may be seen as a partner (not only a customer) by these ecosystem players. Analysts quoted in recent coverage noted that when direct “competitors” invest in the same vendor it reflects “broad consensus around a critical enabling layer.”

Looking ahead, Uniphore’s challenge will be execution at scale: converting platform ambition into enterprise wins, managing go‑to‑market complexity across global regions, and differentiating amid larger players expanding their AI stacks. The capital provides runway, but performance and traction will determine whether Uniphore becomes a linchpin in the enterprise AI infrastructure market or remains a specialist player.
